Malware Alert: Desktop Defender 2010 + How to Remove It

Saturday, March 13th, 2010
If your computer has been infected with Desktop Defender 2010, you can use this method to remove it. Doing it this way worked for me and my laptop is back up and running as good as ever. 1. Do a System Restore 2. Download and run CCLEANER www.filehippo.com 3. Download and run superantispyware www.filehippo.com 4. Download and run AVG antivius www.filehippo.com This should work. You can find more solutions to this problem by doing a YAHOO! or Google search for “Desktop Defender 2010″. Shortly after I posted this video, I located the purported homepage of the creators of Desktop Defender 2010, located at www.windesktopdefender.com and I did a WHOIS search to discover who the registrant of the site is and the results came back as “Unknown”, which is something that people would do if they didn’t want you to know where they really live or work. If you know some one whose computer has been infected with Desktop Defenders 2010, provide them with this link and recommend that they file a Federal complaint against these people.

HP G50-112NR Notebook PC Hands-On

Friday, March 5th, 2010
This is my overview on the HP G50-112NR Notebook PC. I will give you a hands-on look at the laptop and the box. I got this laptop for $349 at Office Depot during Black Friday 2008. I hope you will enjoy my hands-on overview and please remember to subscribe! rate! comment! Feel free to ask any questions about the laptop. Here are the specifications on the box as well as some other valuable details: * Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual-Core Mobile Processor T3200 (2.0 ghz) * 160 GB (5400RPM) Hard Drive * 3072MB DDR2 SDRAM (2 Dimm) * Super Multi 8X DVD+-R/RW with Double Layer Support * Windows Vista(R) Home Premium (32-bit) with Service Pack 1 * 15.4″ Diagonal WXGA High-Definition brightview Widescreen Display * 802.11b/g WLAN * 5-in-1 Digital Media Reader * 6-Cell Lithium-Ion Battery * Conexant High Definition smartaudio 221 (speakers/microphone) * NO Built-In Webcam * Three (3) USB Ports CONCLUSION: I would recommend this laptop. While it may not be well-known as far as HP laptops go, it’s definitely a worthy alternative to the much more expensive HP Pavillion pc’s. It does have drawbacks as it does NOT have a built-in webcam, has a glossy screen and surface (attracts reflections and fingerprints), and has only three USB ports. However, it does have a nice screen and speakers. My final grade for this computer will be a 86%.
